1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SharePopa utility (located at sharepopa.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Service

SharePopa is an ephemeral sharing utility. We offer tools to upload and share files or text blocks temporarily via link/OTP, collaborate on real-time text logs, run live interactive polls, and perform peer-to-peer (P2P) local transfers using WebRTC.

You acknowledge that:

• Our services are temporary. Files and text uploaded are deleted permanently within the specified time (e.g. 30 minutes for standard OTP sharing, 24 hours for Premium storage).
• Once deleted, your content is completely gone and cannot be recovered under any circumstances. SharePopa is not a cloud backup service.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content (files, texts, room listings, polls) that you share. You agree NOT to use the service to transmit:

• Any content that violates local, national, or international copyright, patent, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
• Malicious software, viruses, Trojans, ransomware, or scripts designed to cause harm or compromise systems.
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or promoting hate speech.
• Explicit, obscene, or adult content that violates general standards of decency.

We reserve the right to block access or delete share IDs immediately if any violations are detected or reported.

4. Premium Accounts & Tokens

Our premium services grant users access to higher upload limits and longer ephemeral durations. Purchases are governed by our payment processor, Razorpay. All transactions are final, and tokens must be utilized in accordance with our system limits.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SHAREPOPA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE UTILITY WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. DMCA & Copyright Policy

If you believe that any content shared via a temporary link violates your copyright, you can contact us at support@sharepopa.com with details of the infringing URL. Given the ephemeral nature of our free uploads (deleted automatically within 30 minutes/24 hours), the content may self-delete before your notice is reviewed. However, we take copyright matters seriously and will respond promptly to take down active infringing content.
